Get cosy with these inspirational souls at the Do Well Conference, 13-15 March 2009.

David Conry has held several senior Sales and Marketing roles with News Limited and Pacific Magazines in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. In Brisbane he formed his own Outdoor Advertising Development company that is still in operation, runs and then in 2004 joined Flight Centre as the National Manager of Channel Marketing. Faced with placing his wife into aged care at a young age because of multiple sclerosis, in 2005 he formed and launched Youngcare to create awareness of the issue as well as demonstrate how collaboration with the private sector, community and Government can provide sustainable solutions that reflect the needs and desires of a young persons life. David was Queensland’s Australian of the Year in 2007.

Samantha Jockel is founder of the social enterprise known as Biddy Bags. Biddy Bags fuses the creative designs of young designers with the skills and abilities of crafting nanas to produce and sell handcrafted ethical designer products. Biddy Bags also aims to assist elderly women with relief from isolation, extended social networks, greater financial flexibility and connections across the generations. Samantha is also the Program Coordinator of Bizness Babes which is a program supporting mums with bubs trying to set up their own businesses.

Paul Natorp works with leadership in education and business in order to bring out more freedom, participation and creativity. He combines extensive professional knowledge and experience as an educator and process-leader with experience as an entrepreneur, an executive in business life and a background as an Olympic athlete representing Denmark. Paul Natorp holds a degree in literature and communication from the University of Aarhus. For the last 5 years he has worked as team-coach, head of studies and leadership consultant at the KaosPilots, Denmark’s renowned ‘fourth sector’ business school.
